Work Your Core

Your body’s core is found in the abdominal and back muscles. You need a strong core to be physically fit.

Lay on the floor with your knees bent and slowly bring one knee towards your chest. Hold it there for a few seconds, then release it and grab the other knee. This will stretch your lower back. While you’re on the ground, work your abs by tilting your pelvis up, keeping your lower back on the floor. Finally, lift both your knees towards your chest and hold them, then tilt those knees from side to side. Roll over onto your stomach and prop yourself up onto your elbows. Hold and stretch your back. If you can, reach your arms our straight behind you, keeping your chest off the floor. Want abs of steel? Return to the pelvic tilt position and left your upper body off the floor, reaching for your knees.
