Spice Up Your Water


Here are some easy and inexpensive tips to make water taste more delicious!

  • Slices of fresh or frozen fruit - oranges, mangoes, peaches, raspberries, blueberries or strawberries. Once the water is gone, nibble on the fruit for a pick-me-up.
  • Mint - crush fresh mint leaves and add to warm water, then pour over ice. Or simply add the leaves to cold water.
  • Cucumber - add slices for a fresh addition to your cup.
  • Lemon or lime - either squeeze the juice into your water or add a wedge or two for a citrus kick.
  • Flavored ice cubes – freeze your favorite fruit juice in an ice tray.
  • Prefer a warm drink? Try a cup of herbal tea. Select decaffeinated varieties. Caffeine can be a mild-diuretic and can cause dehydration.
  • For a fizzy refresher, add fresh fruit to no-cal sparkling water.
