Recipe: Almond and Strawberry Shake


  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 3 raw walnuts
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2-3 ice cubes, depending how cold you like your drinks

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
